Sounds like a cold: A cold or maybe the flu ... Tylenol for fever and headache, a laxative for the constipation ... If your fever is over 101, do see a doctor tomorrow. Don't go to work ... Stay warm .., lots of fluids ... If you have shaking chills, that is a serious symptom of a viral (or bacterial) infection ... Your doctor can take cultures and make a diagnosis.
