What causes a light period (in terms of blood flow), but long brown clots? when i bleed theres not a lot of blood, almost all clots, and its very painful. i also get nauseous & bleed 2+ weeks?

Endometriosis?: The combination of painful menstruation combined with irregular bleeding suggests the possibility of endometriosis. Several other c conditions also are possible. Any new, unexplained or abnormal vaginal bleeding or pelvic pain needs medical attetion, and you have both. See a doctor soon. Good luck.
