Lots of things : Brown discharge is likely old menstrual blood. Itregular periods is a common problem ob/gyns treat. If you think you might be pregnant check then check a home pregnancy test. They are cheap, reliable and available at any pharmacy. The other symptoms will need separate evaluation.
