Have a ganglion cyst, volar. when dr looked at it his comment was i had had surgery, nope. i looked and saw a white line, like a scar that circles the lower quarter of the cyst and then travels on top of what i assume is a tendon or bone, what is it?

I'm not sure what the scar like line is. Ganglion cysts are common but, in my experience, the overlying skin is normal. A hand surgeon can evaluate and advise you further.
