I have white small spots all over my breast. most are under the breast with some on the top but more sparse. when squeezed they produce a white substance. they are not painful nor have the become infected ever. what are they& what helps?

Could be furuncles or sebaceous cysts. Hard to tell without exam. Pl see your doc. In the meantime keep breasts clean with soap and water, do not squeeze the spots and wear a cotton bra. Hope you do well

You would need to see a doctor so these “spots” can be examined. It is not clear what they are based on your description. They could be small “pimples” but if they are new, it is worth seeing a doctor to be certain of the diagnosis and to treat them, if needed. You may need to see a dermatologist. Best of luck to you!
