See your doctor: If the spots are away from the nipple it could be anything like a bruise or bite or insect bite. If they are close to the nipple they can be inflamed montgomery glands (they lubricate the nipple). Go see your doc if it does not spontaneously go away. Do you have nipple discharge? If bloody always go see your doc.
