How does one know what tanner stage of puberty they are in? i know age is not the only factor as ethnicity, genes etc. have to also come into play. so how can i know what tanner stage am i in?

Basics: Tanner stages are basic to the process as described in his original research. Although ethnicity can factor in with time of onset/completion they do not change the stages as describes. A simple Google or Bing search can bring up reference charts.
