Hematoma?: Do you mean blood collection? did she have any trauma to her breast, if that's the case then that would be absorbed by itself, just watch out for infection. if no history of trauma then she needs mammogram and doctor follow up.

More info?: did she have any recent trauma to her breast? is she athletic? a clot is a bruise and will resolve over 4-6 weeks. it should get smmaler over time. so serial breast exams in the shower are important. if it persists after 6 weeks or get larger see your pediatrician.
