C.diff infection is mostly caused after taking antibiotics as per data. so, do everyone who takes an antibiotic will have c.diff infection or only those who are colonized with it? do all of us have c.diff in our gut?

See below: Intestinal colonization with Clostridium difficile is found nearly 50% of healthy infants and less than 5% of adults. C. difficile disease ranging from mild illness characterized by watery diarrhea and mild abdominal pain to severe disease. Disease often occurs while child/adult is hospitalized receiving antibiotic therapy, and C. difficile is acquired from hospital environment.
