C.diff infection is mostly caused after taking antibiotics as per data. so, do everyone who takes an antibiotic will have c.diff infection or only those who are colonized with it? do all of us have c.diff in our gut?

C. difficile disease ranging from mild illness characterized by watery diarrhea and mild abdominal pain to severe disease.
