I was diagnosed with chlamydia on aug 3rd i took the 4 pills in once dose as told. i was good up until lastweek where i started getting a itching sensation and cottage cheese like discharge no smells. im not sure if its a yeast infection or chlamydia?

Probably yeast: Probably a vaginal yeast infection. Chlamydia doesn't cause itching or cottage cheese-like discharge; yeast does. Antibiotic treatment often triggers yeast -- this is probably a side effect of the azithromycin (4 pills) you took for chlamydia. Contact he doctor or clinic treating you. They may agree your symptoms are typical enough to recommend OTC yeast treatment without needing to see you.
