Yeast vaginitis: Yeast infections tend to cause clumpy vaginal discharge like cottage cheese with itching and burning. There should not be odor. If the yeast culture is negative there are potentially other more rare diagnoses but you should see your gynecologist to explore these and for a complete examination.

They typically don't have the classic cottage cheese like discharge. Your gyn should swab your discharge to determine what infection you have. Especially if over the counter yeast infection medications did not resolve your problem.
