My daughter has a very itchy foot that smells between toes and her toe nails are ugly and look like wood.what is it?

Itchy feet: Sorry you have to go thru that :-( she might be suffering from tinea pedis or.....Athletes foot. This is a very common condition that can cause all sorts of discomfort. A mild topical anti fungal may help or topical steroid cream. If the condition continues ask for a podiatry referral.

Fungus: From your distribution it may be a fungal infection that is causing the odor and ugly nails. See a podiatrist who can look at it and take a sample of nail to have pathology lab give diagnosis.

Itchy: It certainly sounds like athelete's foot of the skin and fungal nails. See your podiatrist for a definite diagnosis and the help you seek. Good luck.
