Itchy feet: Sorry you have to go thru that :-( she might be suffering from tinea pedis or.....Athletes foot. This is a very common condition that can cause all sorts of discomfort. A mild topical anti fungal may help or topical steroid cream. If the condition continues ask for a podiatry referral.

Fungus: From your distribution it may be a fungal infection that is causing the odor and ugly nails. See a podiatrist who can look at it and take a sample of nail to have pathology lab give diagnosis.
