Itchy feet: Many times a foot infection caused by a fungus can give this presentation. Are you diabetic? Do you have an immune disorder? These conditions can contribute to your problem too. If the skin is slufing off, you may have cellulitis from all the scratching you are doing and you can get your skin infected. Please call to make an appointment with your physician or podiatrist. Send this before: Sounds odd but you may have an issue along the meridian of your big toe. Do you by chance have a tooth infection or root canal in a tooth as the same side as your foot problem? I've pulled a tooth before and removed an infection and the patient had immediate relief from itchiness and pain in their feet. The chinese believe in foot reflexology and this may be a link.
