I get weird buzzing sensation in thighs when i bend head forward. mri shows neck stenosis and spurs and arthritis in lower spine. what is causing this and will it ever go away.

Spinal cord caution!: "Arthritis" is unlikely if limited to lumbar spine. More likely, you have the same arthrosis you have in the lower back that was seen in your neck. Arthrosis means joint degeneration. A better word for degeneration of the spine is: spondylosis. The thigh symptoms are most likely related to spinal cord involvement in the neck. BE CAREFUL with extreme and forceful positions of your neck!
