Symptoms: Watch for signs of TB, follow up with your physician. A chest image may be indicated to document that there is a normal chess x Ray. The test documents exposure to the bacteria.

Agree with Dr D.: A positive quantiferon gold test only tells you that you were exposed to TB, which you were. It does not mean active disease. The result is normal in your case.
