Agree with Dr D.: A positive quantiferon gold test only tells you that you were exposed to TB, which you were. It does not mean active disease. The result is normal in your case. Have a healthy diet, exercise 30 minutes/day, drink plenty of water, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs. For nutrition: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/. Get HPV vaccine.
