Steam baths: Steam baths are fine. They may dry out your skin, but other than that they are okay. Like all things, it is important to use the steam room in moderation. Especially if you have asthma or any other conditions which involve your lungs. Sweating from the steam room may also reduce your weight temporarily if you are checking regularly.
