If a full grown man stands 67 inches, but his wingspan is 69.5 inches, this this mean anything healthwise? is it normal?

Normal variations: Height, arm length, leg length and torso length are all genetically determined. Specific body measurements tend to follow trends found in a persons parents. Tall parents typically have tall children, and parents with long arms typically have children with similarly long arms. There is no medical problem with having long arms, or legs. These are normal variations.
