I never would: Any ethanol exposure for an infant or young child can trigger low blood sugar. A chilled pacifier is the standard recommendation.

Heavens no: An infant's metabolism is not designed to process alcohol. I know he's miserable, but best soother is a chilled pacifier or chilled teething ring. Note: 1st dental appointment at eruption of 1st baby tooth, but no later than 1st b'day. Recommend that you see a Pedodontist, a children's dental specialist for all the same reasons you see a Pediatrician, a children's medical specialist.
