Boils: Recurrent pustules are usually caused by invasion of staph bacteria which have colonized your buttocks. In my experience this is best treated by a prolonged ( 2-4 weeks) course of an oral antistaph antibiotic. If you're not allergic to the penicillin family of medications, dicloxacillin comes to mind. Discuss this with your physician. In the meantime avoid tight jeans & wear white cotton underwear
