3 days too long: 3 days is too long to be vomiting - you need to see your doc tomorrow, or if there is an urgent care center by you tonight. If you have significant abdominal pain of what you are throwing up is bright yellow or green, then you need the er tonight. Most stomach flus you only vomit 12-24 hours - once past that is unusual for stomach virus, and at three days, you certainly need further evaluation.
