Is it possibel to take a postpill twice between 5days ? is it effective? what side effects can it cause ?

"Plan B" ?'s: If by "post-pill" you mean after unprotected sex, it can act as a contraceptive but not 100% (referred to as "PlanB"). After stopping the "post-pill" you may have light withdrawal bleeding. If you miss your regular period, obtain a serum HCG test to be certain about pregnancy.
