Neck evaluation: Increased neck pain with various movements, and radiation of pain to the back of the skull are commonly associated symptoms of neck problems. If there are no neurological problems like weakness into the extremities, or loss of bladder control, you can be evaluated first with x-rays and start a basic rehabilitative therapy. Unless instructed otherwise, consider NSAIDs. If needed - spine consult!
