I had a miscarriage a on saturday, went to hospital they said its a complete miscarriage, they said bleeding should be expected for the next few weeks but ive been experiencing severe cramps and back pain... should i be worried?

Normal: Bleeding, Cramping and Lower abdominal and back pain are common symptoms of a miscarriage. Things you do want to watch for and call a Dr immediately are: bleeding that won't stop, dizziness, shortness of breath and severe headache. You can use a heating pad, and take Acetaminophen for the discomfort.
