Specific requirement: It will have to do with regulations imposed by your company, the nature of your work and state based regulations. Many places request 1 negative test, others 2 negative tests, while some would only ask that you have no symptoms for 1 day and become afebrile. In your case the last does not apply, it is likely that you will need at least a negative test, asking at work will be best.

COVID 19: The CDC is no longer automatically recommending retesting if you are well and have completed your required period of isolation. There are some jobs (such as healthcare workers) that may require you to have a negative test result before returning to work. If you are uncertain about your job, contact them directly to determine if there is a requirement. Take care.
