Herpes treatment: The are no medicines that have any benefit for herpes except acyclovir, valacyclovir and famciclovir. In the US and most industrialized countries, they require prescription. Don't be tempted by OTC meds or internet offers: they won't work. Already having herpes, what do you mean by "not get infection"? To protect partners, you should be on daily treatment, e.g. valacyclovir or acyclovir.
