Hydration: And low doses melatonin ( as low as 0.5 mg) are known to help with jet lag. Alcohol and caffeine have to be reduced as they may worsen jet lag.

Jet lag: Do not Exercise in late evening. No caffeine for 6 hrs & no alcohol or tobacco w/i 2 hrs of sleep. Can try warm milk, strong chamomile tea or melatonin along w light reading, warm bath, lavender scent. Stay well hydrated.
