Unable to sleep for 8hrs after a high altitude trip a year ago. before, i could sleep for 8+ hrs, but now i'm lucky to get 7, which is abysmal as is due to how it restricts my gh & t prod. what could i be suffering from & what are good treatments?

Sleep study?: 7 hrs of sleep is pretty good for some of us older folks, but for you, is causing concerns. There are many physicians who specialize in sleep disorders, and suggest you see one. It may help your peace of mind to undergo an overnight sleep study to uncover what has changed.
