Takes two to tango: This is an issue that involves both sexual partners. Hopefully, there is no third party involved. Both of you have to be examined by MD's and treated at the same time. Like the movie "Hidden Figures" the female body has a lot of places genitally to "hide" the HPV infection including the cervix which can't be seen externally. See a GYN MD soon.

HPV transmission: You cannot repeatedly infect your partner with HPV. Once transmitted, the infected person becomes immune to new infection with the same HPV type. If your partner has newly developing warts, it is not because you are repeatedly infecting him. It just means his own infection is still producing warts. He needs to see a doctor to confirm the diagnosis and get proper treatment. You're not at fault!
