Maybe: If you have a hernia that reduces easily ( slips back into place) & use a good midsection wrap or weight belt you may be able to do whatever you wish. Please breathe through all lifts to avoid extra pressure on the site.If you have pain in the site with any specific lifts you should avoid them. It would be good to contact the doc who knows your status to clear any workout since they have more info
