Best way to treat lower back pain ?

Not enough info!: Lower back pain is too broad a complaint to answer with reasonable success. Need a full history and examination as to exactly where the pain is, and what provokes and relieves it. Are there lower extremity or other neurological features? One must reasonably know the specific SOURCE of pain generation in the lower back to provide proper treatment recommendations!
