Do follow it up: Cervical intraepithelial neoplasia. You've got some clearly-abnormal cells growing in the very surface layer of your cervix. They are not an immediate danger but are the breeding ground for nastier stuff. It's more likely than not to self-cure but you'll probably have a discussion with your physician, a possible HPV virus test / biopsy / laser / management. Stay on top of it.
