I am usually a very active person and exercise daily. however, due to severe anxiety my life has been put on hold for a couple weeks. i am experiencing neck and back pains. could this be a result of inactivity?

Anxiety: Possibly. But people also often carry tension in their neck, shoulders and upper back when anxious.
