hi my wife is 6 weeks pregnant this morning she had some cramps just above her vagina but after she threw up it stopped and than occasionally she will get a cramp sort of like a period cramp is this normal?

Pregnancy cramps: Depending on the intensity of the cramps, they may be normal or not. The best thing to do is to go see your OBGYN and get a physical examination, just to make sure everything is ok.
