Maybe too early: It is still possible that you conceived and just tested too early. Retake the test in four days just to be sure.

Probably so: If your period doesn't start, then recheck a pregnancy test in a week and go from there. No period and not pregnant - may need to see your doctor about possible causes if it doesn't return. Maybe you could also discuss whether or not you want to use something for birth control.
