My pills took 9 days to come & sat in my mailbox for over 2 hours in a hot temp. since it took so long to come and then sat in heat im nervous they will be less effective or not effective at all. what do i do and how do i know if they are fine?

Best: Would be to call remote pharmacy in order to clarify if any issues due to exposure to high temperature, that will be important specifically if compounded products or solutions.
