Minor trauma?: This usually is due to minor trauma, often unnoticed. You might develop a bruise, if the injury broke a blood vessel. In any case, this doesn't sound at all serious and should clear up in a couple of days. Contact a doctor (or maybe see your school nurse) if it doesn't. IN the meantime, don't worry.
