COVID 19: There are currently no identified treatments, medications or remedies that cure COVID -19. Rest, hydration, acetaminophen, decongestant, cough med & nasal saline irrigation may help mild symptoms. Make sure to quarantine. Stay in a bedroom with only you in it. If there is a separate bathroom - use that one. Social distance & all of you wear a mask if in same area. Keep surfaces sanitized.
