I keep getting these painful white pustules on my bottom lip line and sometimes at the very start of my nostrils. i eat healthy, no sweets, refined sugars no soda and i drink a gallon of water a day. but those pustules are annoying. what can it be?

Oral herpes?: This sounds like oral herpes, although herpes outbreaks usually don't occur more often than every couple of months. Diet probably makes no difference. Next time it happens, see a doctor ASAP for evaluation and maybe testing for herpes. Good luck.
