After experiencing symptoms of uti, i went to a urologist who did not see any evidence of uti in me. i also got a blood test and will get a cat scan. should i go to a gynecologist as well? what other health issues could this be?

STD? UTI?: You don't describe what symptoms you are having. However, STDs often mimic UTI in women. If you are sexually active, ask your doctor about STD testing. Good luck.

2 months ago, had hematospermia. US found small cyst on left epididymis & varicocele on left. No STD or UTI. PA gave abx, cleared pain & blood. Fine for month, then sore/achy in testes. Sore after ejac. Urologist says nothing wrong. Possible dx?
