Equivalent cream: Please keep the diaper off as much as possible, rinse the area with tepid water, use a gentle soap and gentle baby wipes. Avoid products with fragrance. Watch for thrush. The use of Desitin with zinc with diaper changes is advised. If the baby has a pattern of thrush, difficult yeast infections, an immune work up is suggested.
