Confusing post: If this is about pinworms (threadworms) any irritation around the anus is caused by a skin reaction. The worms lay eggs there in a glue like material that triggers itching. Treatment focuses on washing the area & applying a mild steroid cream until the irritation fades. More detail about what the meds were & what worms were treated would help focus a response.
