Urine culture: We get concerned with urine bacteria colony count over 100,000. Urinary tract infections are usually treated when someone has symptoms. Often this low amount of bacterial is called colonization- bacteria is there, but not causing harm. There are bacteria normally in the mouth, colon, vaginal region all the time. In some people, they have a low level of bacteria in the bladder all the time.
