Antibiotic: If you have had a past infection or are symptomatic, an antibiotic is indicated. Please follow up with your physician. Drink fluids, monitor your temperature.

Specimen collection: Your results suggest improper specimen collection. Usually a CFU of more than 100,000/ml is indicative of UTI. Visit this site for info: https://www.mayoclinic.org/diseases-conditions/urinary-tract-infection/symptoms-causes/syc-20353447 Wish you good health!

Urine culture: We get concerned with urine bacteria colony count over 100,000. Urinary tract infections are usually treated when someone has symptoms. Often this low amount of bacterial is called colonization- bacteria is there, but not causing harm. There are bacteria normally in the mouth, colon, vaginal region all the time. In some people, they have a low level of bacteria in the bladder all the time.
