I have a small simi hard lump on the inner side of my right knee starts to hurt at night i remember a pull pain exercising last year is when the lump showed up. the pain slows with tylenol i measured the lump its less then 2 cm any concern of cancer?

Lump: I strongly recommend having this lump examined by a physician or orthopedic surgeon, especially if its not moveable and appears fixed to the knee. The presence of pain is also concerning. If it turns out to be something benign like a cyst or lipoma,you'll still have peace of mind.
