Is there anything that can be done for severe rls? will vein removal help?

Restless leg: Vein removal would not help restless ledge syndrome. There are medicines like SR gabapentin which are indicated to treat RLS. Be sure you check iron stores as well, and replace if needed. Other treatment options do exist, so,speak to a pain doc regarding medication and non med options . Toodmluck

RLS RX.: There are many reasons for the development of restless leg syndrome and venous insufficiency is one. I would see a vein specialist for a full venous evaluation including a venous reflux exam. If you have significant superficial venous reflux then about 7/10 with RLS will improve from a venous closure procedure. There is no guarantee of success with closure but you may one of the 70%.
