On opana 10 mgs ir at night for severe rls. not lasting through the night. can opana er be taken once a day? would this cause daytime withdrawal s/s?

OpanaIR lasts on : Average between six and 13 hours with the average being somewhere around eight. Opana er lasts between six and 36 hours. I would talk to your sleep specialist about this. Having a narcotic in your system around the clock is probably not in your best interest. Switching to another narcotic may indeed be a better answer.
