My 5 year old boy ruptured his left ear drum. need advice. he has no pain nor balance challenges.

How ?: In kids how these occur matters. They should be monitored by their doc. Some will heal gradually with no treatment. Others may require some medication if an infection was the cause. When it persists for months it may require a patch or need surgery to reconstruct it.
