How long can fluid from a hemoragic ovarian cyst stay in your body causing pain?

Varies: It may take waiting it out until your next period starts, which could mean 2 weeks. Most will subside over that time, however. If the pain is uncontrolled with medication, heating pad, etc, then you may require a laparoscopy to drain the cysts.
