Possibly: Although the Cysts might be causing your cramps, more likely the cramping is menstrually related-that is related to hormonal changes occurring with your cycle. You need to follow up with a Gyn. You possibly need a thorough examination, hormone studies and Ultrasound to help define exactly what is going on. Generally, at your age, severe cramping is not unusual but can be helped.
