What are the symtoms for diabetes?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

High blood sugar: Diabetes is when a person can't make any or enough insulin to transfer blood sugar into her body's cells. The sugar stays in the blood, and starts to leak through the kidneys into the urine. A person urinates a lot, day or night. Type 1 patients (usually kids) get weak, get dehydrated, and can go into a coma. Type 2 teens and adults are often obese, are hungry, feel tired and have more infections.
