Yes could happen?: The pelvic fracture and sacrum frature could produce numbeness usally around the upper inside of the lege? Also could be from upper bavk area , ask your md. About it.

Need MRI Pelvis: There could be stretching or direct compression of one of the lower lumbar nerve roots. You should have your doctor order an MRI of the pelvis and see a neurologist or neurosurgeon to look for compression or nerve injury.

Nerve injury: You could have a nerve injury from your fractures. You need a a nerve test to localize the problem. Get an emg/ncs.
